SapuraCrest and Kencana yesterday said they had mutually agreed with Sapura-Kencana Petroleum Bhd to extend the deadline to 31 May in order to meet all merger conditions. They told Bursa Malaysia that the proposed disposal, capital reduction and repayment and share issue in relation to the merger are expected to be completed by June. (Business Times)
