At current levels, the telecommunication company is also trading at 13 times the financial year 2012's earning per share, making it the cheapest stock in the local telcomunication industry.
"Stacked against its regional peers' 15 times average, its valuation is undemanding.
"Our earnings forecast has stripped out the positive impact on average revenue per user arising from the six per cent prepaid sales tax pass through for Celcom, which has been postponed indefinitely," aid OSK Research in its research note today. - Bernama
